The role

As Customer Service Manager you will lead and elevate our customer experience across all touchpoints. This role will be pivotal in building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting our growth through exceptional service and sales-oriented initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and manage the customer service team to deliver exceptional service customers.

  • Manage and optimize the process of contacting customers with incomplete purchases, while ensuring a seamless customer journey

  • Complaint Management: Investigate and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed with empathy, efficiency, and professionalism.

  • Maintain a high standard of response quality, tone, and brand consistency in Arabic and English.

Job requirements

As an ideal candidate, you will have:

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer service leadership role, preferably in the UAE, ideally in a startup or eCommerce company.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.

  • Strong understanding and excellent communication in Khaleeji Arabic and English (written and verbal).

  • Experience with Social Media, WhatsApp, Monday.com and other relevant communication and customer ticketing tools.
