Social Media Content Creator/Curator

Minimalist.ae is a local brand founded in 2016 in Dubai that designs and manufactures elegant, high-quality watches, jewelry, handbags, perfumes, and leather goods designed to enhance personal style. With two stores now open in the UAE, we focus on simple yet sophisticated designs, with specifically our Arabic numeral watches being known for their timeless appeal. Minimalist believes in simplicity and uses only the finest materials to produce beautiful and durable items, combining elegant design with excellent quality.

As we continue to expand, we are looking for a Social Media Content Creator/Curator to join our team and help us bring our brand vision to life across digital platforms. This position is based in Dubai.

Duties:

• Create, curate, and manage engaging content for Minimalist's social media channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars aligned with overall brand strategy and campaign objectives.
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of products, events, and behind-the-scenes moments for social media.
• Engage with our audience by responding to comments and messages, building brand loyalty and community.
• Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and ensure continuous growth and engagement.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and innovations, ensuring Minimalist remains at the forefront of social media content creation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in messaging and brand representation.

• 3+ years of experience in social media content creation and curation.
• A portfolio showcasing creative and compelling social media content (photography, videography, graphics).
• Strong understanding of current social media platforms, trends, and tools.
• Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, video editing tools).
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
